Returns

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, your items must be:

• Unworn
• Unwashed
• In its original condition
• Free from makeup, perfume, deodorant marks, stains, or damage
• Returned with all original tags attached

Items that do not meet this conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Soft Sovereignty reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Final Sale Items

Items marks as Final Sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless an incorrect or damaged item was received.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Soft Sovereignty is not responsible for returns lost during transit.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, you'll be notified regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original form of payment. Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or your receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can make it right.
